With 106 generously sized RV campsites — each featuring a 65-foot concrete pad, full hookups, and 1,000 square feet of lawn — you’ll find plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Retreat 254’s one-acre pond adds a calm, scenic touch, creating a peaceful setting for your stay when you’re not enjoying the outdoor recreation area. The pond will be stocked with fish in 2026.

Every inch of roadway on the property is paved, and all campsites are concrete for easy navigation and leveling. The Lodge, our 3,700-square-foot clubhouse, is fully equipped with a laundry facility, game room, gym, food & beverage vending machines, resort-style pool, outdoor grilling stations, indoor kitchen, pickleball/basketball court, and spacious restrooms and showers, ensuring all guests' comfort. High-speed internet is available throughout the resort, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re working remotely or sharing your adventures online.

At the heart of the resort lies The Lodge, a 3,700-square-foot clubhouse with over 3,500 square feet of covered porch, featuring an outdoor kitchen for gatherings and a grand lodge-style fireplace. Inside, you'll find a game room, full laundry facilities, a gym, food and beverage vending machines, restrooms, and showers, along with high-speed internet to keep you connected. Beyond The Lodge, guests can enjoy a pickleball and basketball court, a dog park, a propane filling station, and a resort style pool.
